Each service call performed is unique in nature, and rates will vary depending on service location and travel times. Generally, within the Chatham Kent Ontario area, the preference of most of our clients is to make arrangements to bring the machine to our location. This eliminates the need for additional costs to the customer.
At present MyKomP accepts personal cheques, certified cheques, and cash. In the near future we hope to offer online sales and service and payments through Paypal. Computer or web design services are warrantied directly by MyKomP Sales and Service; each varies according to the actual computer or PC services performed or maintained. On new items, where the original manufacturer's warranty has been void, MyKomP.com warrants that on the date of original purchase and for the immediately following 30-day period, the computer product or service will be free from defects in material or workmanship. If, during the warranty period, this product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, it can be exchanged with no additional charge (excluding labor costs). Yes. Arrangements can be made for delivery or shipment of computer parts, monitors, peripherals etc. directly to your home or place of business.
Yes. Rates cary depending on the overall total amount of time spent for this procedure. Typically it is often considered cheaper to have the computer undergo our ANNUAL PC CLEANUP and INSPECTION - Only offered at MyKomP! We have shipping outlets in both Canada and the US. Shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days. We provide complete computer parts services dealing with numerous vendors and brands. There are way too many to list here, but a good rule of thumb to follow is "If they make it....we can most often get it!" Under most conditions our repair process can be completed same day or typically within 24 - 48 hour period.
